Interest in health issues is on the rise and feet are an important part of this. Healthy feet are key to general wellbeing. Our feet directly affect posture and joints and can even influence our mood.
We have over 25 years' experience in this industry, giving us the necessary tools and knowledge to create technologies that provide a range of footwear solutions. Together with our cutting-edge technology, this understanding enables us to offer excellence in every product.
At Adetex Foam Group, we have extensive experience designing and developing advanced solutions for the foot care industry, starting from an understanding of footwear mechanics. The solutions are developed wholly in-house, where our team of experts works on quality products, taking into account crucial details such as plantar pressure, residual deformation under compression and impact absorption.*At ADETEX FOAM GROUP we make the following foams for the footwear industry:
- LATEX FOAM WITHOUT ARCH SUPPORT (of different thicknesses, densities, colours, quality and widths).
Comprising millions of open cells, latex foam promotes perfect air circulation and does not retain moisture (two essential rules for perfect hygiene).
Different quality levels: standard, medium, premium, top premium.
All can be manufactured in thicknesses between 1.5 mm and 12 mm and in different densities: D-15, D-20, D-25, D-30.
- LATEX FOAM WITH ARCH SUPPORT (of different thicknesses, densities, colours, quality and widths) with multiple fabrics.
- HD (HIGH DENSITY) POLYURETHANE FOAM (of different thicknesses, densities, colours, quality and widths).
Polyurethane (PU) foam is a porous plastic material formed by an aggregation of bubbles. It is used for both thermoformed and normal insoles and can be manufactured in rolls or sheets, with densities of between D-60 and 180 kg/m3, in multiple thicknesses and colours.
HD160 polyurethane foam is a foam used for the market’s most demanding requirements with its impact absorption properties.
All HD polyurethane foams can be manufactured with different additives: active carbon, gel, fire-resistant and antibacterial.
We also manufacture a HIGH-DENSITY MEMORY FOAM that offers unparalleled comfort. It is made in two densities: D-80 and D-100.
All HD polyurethane foam is made in ROLLS or SHEETS.
- HD RECYCLED POLYURETHANE FOAM (of different thicknesses, densities, colours, quality and widths).
- CELLULOSE SHEETS attached to latex foam, polyurethane foam and recycled foam.
